Exchange Policy

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase You may return most new, unused, unworn, unopened items within 3-5 days of delivery for a exchange or a online credit. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). If you need to return an item then you need to immediately contact me because after 3-5 days you will no longer be eligible for exchange nor store credit. Please respect the fact that all items are made by hand so utilize the size chart wisely. You can find the size chart on the Size Chart page. Also please do not wear items and then request for exchange.

If you need to return an item, simply fill out the contact form with the subject being "request for item return" We'll notify you via e-mail when your request is processed

Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in the world.

Please allow 4-6 days after you purchase for your item(s) to be shipped. All items are handmade with love. Shipping is placed Monday-Friday only. If in need of special order do contact me at modelcocaineclothing@yahoo.com .When you place an order, we will estimate a delivery date for you based on the item(s) you selected, color, size, etc.

 

Pre Ordering

Pre-Order means that the item is still in production and we do not have it in stock in our store/warehouse. Some Pre-order items that are in production can take up to 3 weeks for them to arrive. Your card is charged as soon as you place the order online, so that charge will show on your credit card statement. Please read the description of each item in its entirety, as it will give you an approximate date that the item will be in stock.
